Melissa Head is a Master hair Artist and Manager at the Richland Mall Salon. With nine and one half years styling experience, Melissa makes her clients look and feel great every day!  Melisa is a Certified Framesi Colorist and is proficient in the ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting method. Over the years, she has received numerous awards including "Employee of the Year", and "Manager of the Year". She shows a maturity beyond her years in her dealings with both employees and clients. This is what makes her an excellent manager. Melissa and her husband Andy make their home in the North Hills.

Melanie Grunden's passion for hair styling and attention to detail make her an excellent stylist. She is a Master hair Artist and Manager at the Richland Salon. Her outstanding achievements include recognition as "Employee of the Year", and "Retail Manager of the Year". Melanie is certified in ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting and specializes in color as a Certified Framesi Colorist. Clients love Melanie's enthusiasm and devotion to her craft. Along with her husband Rob, their son Ryan, and their beloved dog Abby, Melanie's family resides in the Gibsonia area.
Kirstie McGouldrick best exemplifies the Command Performance mission statement. She is dedicated to giving her clients a consistent, quality, and caring experience. Kirstie is a Master hair Artist and the Director of Salon Development. Her experience includes twenty plus years of hair styling and fifteen years of salon management. Her many awards include "Employee of the Year" and "Manager of the Year". Off the cutting floor, one of Kirstie's passions is coordinating Salon Fundraisers which benefit local families. Kirstie and her husband Bill, and their children Stephen and Maggie livie in Cabot, Pa.

Lynn Diesel is a Master Hair Artist and Salon Manager. She has a passion for education and shares knowledge with her clients. Lynn is a Certified Command Performance Stylist and is also certified in the Framesi ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting method. She has over thirty years experience in the hair industry with 12 years in salon management. Working at Command Performance has allowed her to accomplish things that are very important to her. The most rewarding are the friendships with her clients and their families and friends, along with knowing that when they leave the salon they “look and feel good” about themselves. She feels very blessed to work for a company that has provided an opportunity to grow and learn as an individual, as well as balance her personal goals, which includes spending time with her family. Lynn continues to make a major contribution to the success of the Richland salon. Her and her husband Jerry, and their children Matthew and Brittney reside in Hampton Township.

 
Sandie Scott is the Director of Education for Command Performance and has been an employee for over twenty five years. Her responsibilities include certification of all new stylists and bringing innovative technology, trends and techniques to all employees. In addition to working at C.P., she is on the Framesi Italian Style Design Team and travels, teaching stylists advance cutting, color, straightening, evening and bridal techniques all over the country.  She is also a sought after hair and makeup artist in films and commercials. Sandie recently worked on Country Music Star of the Year, Brad Paisley's award winning video "Letter to Me" and completed the yet to be released movies "Bridge to Nowhere" and "Adventureland".  You can see more of Sandie at www.sandiescott.com and www.onlocationhairandmakeup.net. Sandie says although it's fun working on movies, her real passion is making the homemaker, grandmother, business professional, teenager and bride look and fee as beautiful as a move star. Everyone in her chair gets the "Star Treatment". She loves the look on their faces when they see the transformation that a new style or color makes.

 

Paula Itzel wears many hats; Assistant Manager, Master Hair Artist, Framesi Certified Colorist and Certified Educator are just a few. Paula has been recognized as "Stylist of the Year" and is a strong team player and educator. She has twenty one years styling experience. Paula enjoys meeting new people and being able to use her skills and experience to make them feel beautiful. Her and her husband Ron live in Gibsonia with their two children Madison and Ethan.
Sonya Trufley is best described as innovative and passionate about her work. She is a Master Hair Artist with thirteen years experience. Sonya is certified in Framesi Hair Color and ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting. She specializes in hair color, perming, and chemical relaxing services. Sonya will tell you, "It's all about making the work day fun and having my clients leave the salon loving the look I created". Sonya has won numerous awards in the chemical services category and has been recognized with the "Employee of the Year" award. She lives in Butler with her husband and three children

Lauren Tommarello is enthusiastic, dedicated, highly skilled and trendy. She is a Master Hair Artist who is dedicated to superior client service. Lauren is a Framesi Hair Colorist and has been certified in the ITALIANSTYLE cutting methods plus Hair-U-Wear Hair Extensions, and American Crew Cutting Techniques. She has won awards in many categories and was recognized as "Stylist of the Year". Lauren has trained across the United States and feels that continuous education is the key that will allow her to reach her personal and professional goals. Lauren and her dog, "Deja", live in the North Hills.
Jessica Gall is a Hair Artist at the Richland Salon. With eleven years styling experience, she is dedicated to giving all of her clients a quality and caring experience. She is a a Certified Framesi Colorist and is also certified in the ITIALIANSTYLE Hair Cutting Method. Jessica loves her career because it gives her the flexibility to work and raise her family at the same time. She particularly enjoys doing children because she has two young children of her own. Jessica, her husband Ted, and children Bailey and Teddy live in the Gibsonia area.

Nancy Queen-Colton has been making people more beautiful at Command Performance for twenty years. During those twenty years, she has received awards, and recognition from her peers, but Nancy will tell you that what she cherishes most are the wonderful friendships she has developed with her clients. She is certified in the ITALIANSTYLE Hair Cutting Method and continues to attend education and training classes each year. Nancy loves to use her skills and education to create new and trendy looks for her clients. Whether she does a hair cut, a new color or texture service or recommends new styling products, Nancy's goal is to have her client look in the mirror and say "Wow, I love it!" Nancy and her husband Dan and their four children make their home in Gibsonia.

 

 
Missy McWilliams is a Master Designer with twenty years styling experience. She enjoys sharing her expertise with her clients. Missy is also certified in the ITALIANSTYLE Hair Cutting Method and works for Framesi in their testing salon. Working at the Command Performance Richland salon allows her to balance a career with raising a family.
 		  
  Sara DiDomenico's first experience with Command Performance was as a Salon Coordinator at the Richland Mall. She was impressed by the enthusiasm and energy in the salon and went on to get her Cosmetology license. Sara has been working as a Designer and now has over five years experience. She is skilled in the Framesi cutting method and enthusiastic and passionate about her work. Sara, her husband Anthony, her daughter Lorena, and their crazy dog Leo, live in Butler.
 
Danielle Krivak is new to Command Performance. She graduated from the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in early 2007.Danielle has joined the Richland team as a Designer and continues to expand her clientele. She is now certified in the Framesi ITALIANSTYLE Hair Cutting method and will continue to work on her Command Performance certification. Along with her son Carter, Danielle lives in the Butler area. She's looking forward to meeting you.

Marty McElroy is a Hair Artist and Salon Manager with thirty years hair styling experience. He has received training from the very best in the industry. Framesi, , Paul Mitchell, and Graham Webb to name a few. Marty is an excellent stylist with a hug clientele. With his personality, clients soon become friends. He is empathetic toward people he meets and always offers a helping hand when it's needed. This combination of experience, continuing education, and people skills make Marty an excellent manager. his philosophy is to help others look their very best by helping them build a positive self-image.
Debbie Bushem has twenty six years of hair styling experience with Command Performance. During those years, Debbie has worn many hats. She is a Hair Artist and has been in management for twenty four years. Debbie has been recognized with the "Manager of the Year" award. She is a Certified Framesi Colorist and has been re-certified seventeen times as a Command Performance stylist. She also received the "Outstanding Service Award" in the perming category in 2006. Debbie has always put importance on continuing education and attended the Sebastian Academy in California. She also traveled to Italy for the Framesi Cosmoprof Hair Expo. Debbie's goal is to make all her clients look and feel their best and she always makes their Command Performance experience both relaxing and fun.

Dana Campbell is a Hair Artist and Assistant Manager at the Shaler Plaza Salon. She has fourteen years of hair styling experience. Dana has a passion for hair color and 80% of her clients take advantage of her expertise and get color services.  She is certified in the Framesi ITALIANSTYLE Hair Cutting Method. Dana also attended the Matrix CRAFT hair cutting series and is a Matrix Color Educator. She will be attending the Matrix Destination Hair Show in Las Vegas in June for more advanced education. If you have unwanted curly or wavy hair, Dana is the stylist to see. She is certified in the newest straightening product made by the Kertain Complex hair Therapy Straightening Service Industry. This product is only available in tow salons int eh Tri-State area. Dana's goal for this year is to give Superior Customer Service to all her clients. She lives in Shaler Township with Glen, her husband of sixteen years, and two daughters, Ashlee and Kayla.
Patti Jo Harvey is a certified Hair Artist and a certified Framesi Colorist. She has thirty years experience in the hair industry and has been with Command Performance for ten years. Patti received her Teaching Diploma from the North Hills Beauty Academy in 2005. She excels at perming and received the 2006 C.P. Award in that category. She is a people person who enjoys interacting with her clients. She strives to make people look their best and feel good about themselves. Patti and her husband have two daughters and make their home in Glenshaw.

Christy Harvey is a Salon Educator, Designer, and Certified Stylist at the Shaler Plaza Salon. She also happens to be the daughter of Patti Jo Harvey. She has been with Command Performance for three years. Christy received the Outstanding Performance Award in the Referral category in 2006. She was also recognized by her peers with the Special Appreciation Award in the same year. Christy has a great rapport with her clients and enjoys making people happy.
Jennifer Marasco has been with Command Performance for two years. She previously worked as a personal assistant in a salon for four years. Jennifer recently became a Command Performance Certified Stylist and earned the Manager Choice Award for the most referrals in 2006. She feels that hair styling allows her to use her creativity to make people feel better about themselves. Jennifer is trying to balances a career with motherhood. She has a seven month old son name Roman. They make their home in Morningside.


 

 Krista Baxter has two years experience as a hairstylist and is skilled in hair cutting, hair color, and updo’s. She has participated in several Hair Color & Cutting Competitions and placed 2nd in both the Trend Cut & Style Competition and the Multicultural Hair Design Competition. Krista’s goal is to help her clients achieve the hair style that they want and help them look and feel their best. She loves the Framesi color line and believes that both knowledge and imagination lead to success.
Holly Burke comes to Command Performance with 13 years experience in the salon industry. Her previous experience includes 8 years as a Senior Hair Designer at J.C. Penney. Holly’s training includes the Matrix CRAFT Hair Cutting Series and Paul Mitchell Cutting, Highlighting, and Perming classes. She is now working toward certification in the Framesi ITALIANSTYLE cutting method and Command Performance Certification. Holly is very excited to be part of the C.P. team at the Shaler Plaza. She believes strongly in continuing education and will be attending the Las Vegas Hair Show this summer. She loves to make her clients look and feel fabulous.

Dawn Marie Young has worked in the beauty industry for over twenty two years and for seventeen of those years she has been with Command Performance. She is certified Hair Artist and Manager of the Westmoreland salon. Dawn Marie is also a Certified Framesi Color Specialist and has attended the American Crew Cutting Academy. She is the recipient of the Manager's Choice award and in 2004 she received the Manager of the Year award. She loves helping people bring out their best assets and is passionate about her career and Command Performance. Dawn Marie, her husband and her two boys call Greensburg their home.

Sandy McElfresh is a master Hair Artist and has been with Command Performance for twelve of her sixteen years in the beauty industry. Sandy is certified in the ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting method and contributes to the training and management of new stylists. She has been recognized as Employee of the Year and won the C.P. Award in the service Sales Category in 2004 and 2006. She is very passionate about her career and the hair styling industry and continues to contribute to the Command Performance organization. Sandy, her husband John, and daughter Kylie reside in the Jeannette area.
Anne Ohlsen is a Hair Artist and has been styling hair for twenty years. She is certified in the ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting method and has completed the Framesi Color Specialist training. Ann specializes in men's hair cutting and is very passionate about her work. She is meticulous and pampers each and every client. Anne has two children and lives in the Greensburg area.

Christa Jones is a Master Designer and Assistant Manager with seven years of styling experience. She is certified in the ITALIANSTYLE cutting method and has completed the Framesi Color Specialist training. She received the Outstanding New Stylist award and the C.P. Award for Referrals in 2004. She also received the C.P. Award for both Color and Retail Sales in 2005 & 2006. Christa believes that hair color is key in creating a great image. With her talent and personality she can guarantee a "Good Hair Day".
Deana Ciccone has worked in the beauty industry for a total of nineteen years and has been with Command Performance for four years. Deana is a Master Hair Artist and is certified in ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting. She is also a Framesi Color Specialist. Deana won the Outstanding New Stylist award in both 2004 and 2005. She feels that everyone should have a "wearable hair style" that they can style at home. She teaches her clients how to do it.

Tis D'Amico has been styling hair for three years and is a Command Performance Designer. She is Certified in the ITALIANSTYLE hair cutting method and is working to complete her Command Performance Certification. Tish is also skilled in manicures and pedicures and is working on extended training in acrylic nails.  Tish attended the Bella Capelli Paul Mitchell Academy and received her teaching license.  Trendy hair and fashion is her thing, she'd like to make it yours!
Crystal Cox is a Certified Designer and has three years of styling experience. She is also a Salon Educator and is certified in ITALIANSTYLE cutting and Alterna hair products. Crystal feels that your hair should make a statement. She can give you that "WOW" look. She makes her home in Mt. Pleasant, PA with her husband Shawn.
